Introduction to hillwalking

Langdale Pikes from Blea Tarn

Crib Goch, North Wales

Maybe you are new to the great outdoors, maybe you want to make the progression from low level walking to a more challenging arena or maybe you just lack the confidence to take to the hills independently? This guided introduction to the mountains of the UK will give you a flavour of our magnificent upland environment. We'll guide you safely on some classic mountain journeys and open up a whole new world of possibilities.

This short break is not a 'skills course' - it is intended to give you a taste of some of the choicest scenery our upland areas have to offer and to allow you to safely assess whether the mountain scene is for you.

Join us and discover some of the very best corners of the English Lake District, the mountains of North Wales, the upland areas of the Yorkshire Dales and the Dark Peak area of Derbyshire.

We offer itineraries from single days to long weekends or midweek breaks.

Our maximum Leader:Client ration is 1:8.

Contact us to discuss your requirements.
